Built for tough and demanding environments this conveyor is constructed using corrosion free stainless steel and aluminum. The electric motors are sealed keeping moisture out and are also equipped with overload protection ensuring longevity and operator safety. This conveyor is built strong and built to last, it is also light weight as it is constructed with foam cores sandwiched between stainless steel plates. This robust yet lightweight construction allows this conveyor to be easily carried and set up within minutes.

PORTABLE
Miniveyor can be carried into position and setup in minutes. A composite core sandwiched between stainless steel plates means they are structurally strong, while light and durable. The units stack and lock for easy transport. The units are quick to install – 30m of conveyor can easily be assembled in only 15 minutes.
RUGGED
Miniveyor are built for a tough and demanding environment and are corrosion free with a stainless steel and aluminum construction. The drive motors are sealed to IP65 standard. The impact resistant control box is waterproof and protected by a thermal overload circuit to guard against damage. They couldn’t be built any tougher!
MODULAR
Modular construction lends itself to customer designed installation. Miniveyor units can be locked together using a clamp kit and three modules can provide an eight meter unsupported span. For larger tonnage, run the units in tandem with a double wide hopper.
VERSATILE
Up a flight of stairs and turn 90 degrees, no problem. Run on a 40 degree slope, into a hopper or 100 meters across across a rooftop. In all these applications Miniveyor™ was the solution to difficult excavation or conveying problems.
POWERFUL
Miniveyor uses powerful 370 and 550 watt motors mounted inside the end rollers and specifically designed and manufactured for the application. With a high point load movement of 130kg the Miniveyor™ can move anything that is thrown at it.
SAFE
Every part of the system has been designed with safety in mind. The control box circuit is 24V AC and has a monitored loop safety system to prevent electrical problems. The drive units are contained within the frame offering NO pinch or nip points and the belt edges are protected under guard.
